About My Work

Mike acquired an interest in photography from his father in the early 60's. Finally in 1979, he opened a full-time commercial studio. Working with 35mm, 4 X 5, medium format, tungsten light, studio strobes, and on-camera flash Mike brings forward these techniques into the digital era.

For the past decade, Mike has worked in the color separation, printing, and point-of-purchase industries and applies knowledge from the practical reproduction and application of captured photographs for real-world use.

All images are produced for a project, an assingment, or for fun. As you review the galleries, you will see a combination of black & white and color.
